God's Plan of Salvation

We have to HEAR the word - Romans 10:17

We have to BELIEVE - John 3:16, 8:24

We have to REPENT (be sorry) - Acts 17:30

CONFESS CHRIST AS LORD - Matthew 10:32

Be BAPTIZED - Acts 2:38, 22:16 (Don't be deceived that this step isn't important, if you rear the complete book of Acts you will see for yourself, without question, that every conversion required baptism, so PLEASE don't leave out this most important step!)

Be FAITHFUL - James 1:12, Revelations 2:10

Don't think that if you're not perfect that you might as well give up, no one can ever be perfect!!!!!  Jesus died to become all of our sin so that if we would accept Him it would be like we have not sinned at all.  Yes we are going to make many mistakes in our lives, but as long as you keep trudging along, loving people, staying in close communication with God through prayer, fellowshipping with other believers around the Lord's Table partaking in communion in remembrance of Christ's sacrafice for us and spreading the good news to others, you will have all the security you need to handle anything life has to offer you.  Just don't give up!  There will be obsticles but you can handle.  God won't allow anymore than you can handle if you are a christian!!!!! Remember to pray to God for forgiveness of new sins and have faith that you can make it to your great reward.  Tomorrow, I will divide the bible for you so you will understand how to study it properly and it won't be confusing to you at alI.
